Tips in dealing your employee-In every organization employees are very important assets to reach the goals and objectives of any firm. Without the employees’ presence the organization can not generate into the market. Machines and equipment are useless if no one will operate it. Dealing our employee in a proper way is very important into the success of any firm. Consider these following tips on how to deal your employee.

1.    Let the employee utter his feeling.  Our emotion sometimes affects our work. There are times that problems bothered our mind when we are in work place. Provide your employee a second to propel off a little steam, you are sure to get a clearer picture of what is causing the employee clash and anxiety.
2.    Give full attention to your employee. Maintain your eye contact, face your employee and discuss well about the problem. Listen to him very well give some advices and show to him that you are willing to listen.
3.    Remain your own way of thinking about the employee out of the picture.  This is not about whether you would be at ease having the employee to dinner at your home or not.  This is about a subject in the workplace.  Stay the discussion and your opinion on the criticism itself, and guide clear of allowing confidential feelings to prejudice your decision.
4.    Write the criticism. You should write it down once you and the employee have agreed on exactly what the complaint consists of.  Taking the time to write the complaint is another way of saying it is worth taking the time to decide. To ensure that nothing is crucial allow him to read the document.
5.    To resolve the matter let the employee to participate. When the two of you have already discussed the complaint including how the circumstances arose in the first place, ideas on how to successfully resolve and prevent reappearance may have occurred to both of you. Share your ideas for resolution and ask also the ideas of your employee. While you do not have to give to the answer on the mark, including the employee in the resolution process again demonstrates your wish to reduce the sore spot and smooth the troubled waters once again. This is an excellent display of your employee management skills.
