Planning is refers to the mental effort of an individual to anticipate the future activities of the business that may change in its operation. This is how the management schedule their activities and applying different strategies in order to reach the goals and objectives of the business.
Organizing is refers to the classification and work grouping of all the members of the business and giving responsibilities and assignments to them. It is also called the “company’s communication” because the organizational structure of the business falls under this function.
Leading is refers to the function of management which will encourage and motivate all the personnel of the entire business in order to meet its goal and objectives.
Controlling – this is how the management measure, evaluate and calculate the overall performance of the business.
