Honda confirmed that the Acura TSX sport wagon will be offered in United States in fall of 2010 as a 2011 model year.
“The TSX sport wagon will be based on the popular TSX sports sedan, which features balanced performance, advanced technology and bold styling,”
The news comes as a three-sentence announcement from the automaker, but we’d expect it will come equipped with at least the base sedan’s four-cylinder, if not the new V-6, as well. We’ll likely learn more during this winter’s auto show season.
Automakers frequently collection their wagons up to fail by pricing them higher than comparable SUVs, but Acura has not manufactured that mistake here. At a reasonable $31,820 (base cost), the< TSX Sport Wagon> truly undercuts by a little the price of Acura’s compact crossover, the RDX.
